Overview

This policy covers two things: (1) data collected by this website (onceanalytics.com), and (2) how Once Analytics handles data when you deploy it on your own infrastructure.

Part 1: This Website (onceanalytics.com)

What We Collect

When you visit this website or make a purchase, we collect:

Analytics data: Page views, referrer, device type, country (via Once Analytics, running on our own Cloudflare)
Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Email address: For purchase receipts and support communication

Installer Data

When you use the installer, you authenticate with Cloudflare via OAuth. During installation:

We temporarily access your Cloudflare account to create the Worker, database, and DNS records
We do not store your Cloudflare credentials or API tokens after installation
We store a record of your installation (domain, installation date) for support purposes

No Access to Your Analytics

Once installed, Once Analytics runs entirely on your Cloudflare account. We have no access to your analytics data, your visitors' information, or your database.

Part 2: Once Analytics (Your Installation)

When you deploy Once Analytics on your website, you are the data controller. The data is stored in your Cloudflare D1 database, on your account.

What Once Analytics Collects (Default Configuration)

By default, Once Analytics collects:

Page URL and referrer
Browser and device type (from User-Agent)
Country (derived from IP via Cloudflare, IP is not stored)
Session data (depending on privacy level configuration)
Custom events you define

What Once Analytics Does NOT Collect

IP addresses (not stored)
Personal information (names, emails, etc.) unless you explicitly track it via custom events
Cross-site tracking data

Privacy Levels

Once Analytics supports configurable privacy levels:

Level 1 (Cookieless): No cookies, no user identification, aggregate data only
Level 2 (Sessions): Session-based tracking with temporary identifiers
Level 3 (Returning): Short-term visitor recognition
Level 4 (Full): Long-term visitor tracking with cookies

You are responsible for choosing the appropriate privacy level and implementing any required consent mechanisms for your jurisdiction.

Cookies

This website (onceanalytics.com) uses minimal cookies for essential functionality. Your Once Analytics installation's cookie usage depends on the privacy level you configure.

Third Parties

We use the following third-party services:

Stripe: Payment processing
Cloudflare: Hosting, OAuth for installer

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. For data collected by your Once Analytics installation, you have full control via your Cloudflare D1 database.
