Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By purchasing Once Analytics, you agree to these Terms of Service and thePrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.
2. What You Get
Your purchase includes:
- Access to the Once Analytics source code
- Access to the web-based installer
- License to use the software on unlimited websites you own or manage
- All future updates to the software
- Email support
3. License
Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use Once Analytics subject to the terms in the LICENSE.md file. Key points:
- Permitted: Use on your own sites, client sites, modify for your own use
- Prohibited: Creating competing products, redistributing the source code
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The purchase is a one-time payment. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions.
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to source code, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the product, contact me and I will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
6. Support
Support is provided via email. I aim to respond within 2 business days. Support covers installation issues, bugs, and general usage questions. Support does not cover custom development or modifications.
7. Availability
Once Analytics runs on your own Cloudflare account. Uptime and availability depend on Cloudflare's infrastructure. I am not responsible for downtime caused by Cloudflare or your configuration.

Once Analytics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare is a registered trademark of Cloudflare, Inc. Your use of Cloudflare services is subject to Cloudflare's own terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I do not guarantee that the software will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free. Use at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the software.
11. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
